We’ve designed our process to remove stress from your listing workflow. With streamlined booking, clear communication, and dependable delivery, we make it easy to get high-quality media without slowing you down.
STEP 01
 
schedule your session
Chose the type of session that fits your property, or request a quote to design a custom plan unique to your project. Select a day and time when the property will look its best.
STEP 02
 
prepare the property
Ensure the property is photo ready before the scheduled photo session. Arrange for any cleaning, staging, lawn care, etc. to be completed prior to the session.
STEP 03
 
picture time
Aerial sessions usually take 15-20 minutes.
Interior + Exterior photo sessions usually take 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on property size and features.
STEP 04
 
delivering photos
48 hours or less after your session you will receive an email with a link to view your photos. Upon payment you will receive a link to download your photos without the watermarks.
For best results and faster shoots on residential properties, it is preferable that the home be vacant or the residents be absent, and that all pets are removed or secured prior.
Listing agents are not required to attend the photo session, as long as safe and legal access can be granted to our licensed Realtor® Photographer.
Rush delivery of 24 hours or less for an additional $45. Available by request depending upon schedule and supply. Advance notice required.
Please move street-side trash receptacles to the side or rear of the house so they are not visible from the street. Remove and stow away toiletries from bathroom counters and shelves.
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
The client is responsible for granting us safe and legal access to the property. and ensuring that any pets have been removed or secured.
What do i need to do before the shoot?
It is the client's responsibility to make sure the property is photo ready. We do not move furniture, cut grass, clean, or stage the property.
is there anything else i can do to prepare the property?
We will turn on all the lights, open all curtains and raise all blinds, turn off all ceiling fans, and close toilet seat lids,
What if there is bad weather on the day of the shoot?
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control. Drone services subject to weather, FAA regulations, and safety conditions.
Are you available outside of the Bryan/College Station?
Yes. We service Brazos and surrounding counties. Travel fees and fuel charges apply.
How many pictures will I receive?
The number of photos depends on which package you selected. We do not charge per photo.
